Gymnastics Classes

Recreational Classes

Recreational gymnastics levels are filled with “baby steps” and progressions, to help your recreational gymnasts/parents recognize that they are improving! Advanced 5 & 6 are loosely comparable to DP level 3.

Beginner 1

Beginner 1 is for children new to gymnastics.  If you were in this class previously and have not passed through you will continue in this class.

Intermediate 3

This class is for those students that have passed through the Beginner level class.  This class requires students that have experience in gymnastics.

RECREATIONAL TEAM

This twice a week class focuses on a broad array of gymnastics spanning all ages and focuses on beginner to intermediate skill levels, generally with a non-competitive focus. There are no prerequisites for entering this class. Participation is only limited by class size.

TIMES OFFERED:

Beginner 2

This class is for anyone who has completed the Beginner 1 class or has some experience.

This twice a week class focuses on a broad array of gymnastics spanning all ages and focuses on beginner to intermediate skill levels, generally with a non-competitive focus. There are no prerequisites for entering this class. Participation is only limited by class size.

HOMESCHOOL CLASSES

This class is designed for the homeschooler.  This 1 1/2 hour class utilizes all the gymnastics events and trampoline. This class is open for boys and girls age 5 and up.

Tumbling Classes

Starting in July, we will offer tumbling classes that are designed to help your child grow their skills on the floor based on the experience!​

Tiny Tumbles
Ages 3-5

Introducing tumbling basics to young learners. Gymnasts will learn rolls, levers, tables, and more, enhancing coordination and balance skills.

Handspring Class

Tailored for children aiming to enhance their handspring abilities, this class requires proficiency in a back walkover. Enroll your child in this class if they are practicing back/front handsprings.

Rolls, Handstands,
& Cartwheels

Designed for children starting their tumble journey, this class emphasizes mastering proper techniques for rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.

Advanced Tumbling

This class is designed for individuals who aim to enhance their tumbling abilities. Students must have mastered a back/front handspring to attend this class. More challenging skills will be introduced based on each student's progress.
